Teresa currently consults for Lee Hecht Harrison, the world's premier outplacement and career transition firm. As a motivated and polished Job Market Consultant, Teresa sources and develops quality job lead opportunities for clients. Daily, she draws from her solid experience, creativity and people skills to work one-on-one with clients in the areas of interviewing, negotiating, networking, resume development and self-marketing. In addition, she has facilitated numerous workshops including Trends in the Workplace, 10-Step Approach to Transition to Your Next Career and Dress for Success.
Teresa is also a high-performing Consultant for the Just Jewelry Company, a home-based buisness with the motto "Who you are is more important than what you wear!" With a passion for the mission of the organization, Teresa used her recruiting expertise to quickly assemble a successful team of qualified consultants. In a marriage of her skill sets, Teresa has focused her team on empowering women to enhance their professional image through jewelry. Through her affiliation with Just Jewelry, she is often asked to speak at local seminars such as What Not to Wear and If Clothes Could Talk.
Teresa holds an Associates Degree in Business (Legal) from the University of Cincinnati, Raymond Walters College and has completed numerous training curriculums in the areas of Professional Selling, Corporate Culture and Negotiating Skills. She is currently on the Board of the Miami Valley Human Resource Association (MVHRA) and will be the 2010 Networking Chair. She resides in Springboro, Ohio with her husband, Duane, and her two children, Katrina and Justin.
