Teresa Napier is a hands on Image Consultant with an Image certification from Gillian Amour's School of Fashion Institute based out of San Francisco. She has also been certified from Aaron Marino, Owner of Alpha Male Image Consulting to work with men. Teresa works one-on-one to assist clients in understanding what clothes look best on their body and how to improve their appearance. She will do an in-depth consultation to get a better understanding of what colors, styles, a person's body type and personality style to form the best overlook for each client.
Teresa joined Lee Hecht Harrison in 1997 as job market consultant. She has worked in several career centers doing job development and training for numerous clients. Career centers consist of: Millennium Petro Chemicals, Starkist, G.E., International Paper, Fernald and Reynolds and Reynolds. Her primary focus is working directly with companies/recruiters in the Dayton market to identify hiring needs in order to create match opportunities for clients. Teresa spends a significant amount of time working with her clients to fully understand their company needs, enabling her to help meet those needs effectively. Teresa also trains clients on the usage and benefits of the Career Resource Network, Lee Hecht Harrison's Internet-based job resource and search tool. She also maintains a client base of Procter & Gamble dual career clients through Lee Hecht Harrison.
Teresa is also a certified trainer in the Milestones and enjoys doing both job development and training. She has facilitated workshops such as "How to Dress for Success", "Working with Recruiters" and Networking. She helps facilitate Lee Hecht Harrison Job Search Work Teams once a month.
Teresa also conducts workshops for corporations and networking groups to help them understand "How to make a great first Impression", Body Language, Image in Business, Networking and several more. She is an "On Target Media Speaker" and can be found on www.ontargetspeakers.com.
Teresa is a former franchise owner of a business called Sport Clips. She managed the finances, recruited and trained internal staff and managed company growth.
Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Teresa spent 10 years in sales and recruiting with two large staffing firms. She was responsible for providing staffing solutions for a variety of large and small companies. She was the Northern Cincinnati Regional Sales Manager for Adecco, the largest staffing company in North America and held the reward for top sales manager in the region.
Currently, Teresa is the Networking Chair for the MVHRA (Miami Valley Human Resource Association). She also is a board member of the MVHRA Association. She is the past Treasurer for the Springboro City Council, Bruce Moore Campaign. She is an active member of the Women in Business Networking (WIBN).
